We are a locally owned garden center (not a big box store) and have openings for individuals to work outdoors in our garden center. This is a perfect job for someone that likes to do a variety of things instead of the same thing over and over.
• Unload plant deliveries
• Stock plants in the nursery
• Lift heavy bags of soil/mulch
• Operate the tractor to load bulk mulch, rock and soil into customers’ vehicles (training provided)
• Operate a weed-eater
A valid driver’s license with a good driving record, experience pulling a trailer or operating a tractor are plusses.
These are full-time positions, not seasonal work. Your schedule will include working on Saturday and Sunday. You will have 2 consecutive days off during the week. Break room with refrigerator, micro-wave, etc. available for your convenience or you can leave for lunch.
Wage depends upon experience. Paid vacation and employee store discount provided.
