Dusty Miller

 

Dusty Miller is one unique little plant – it is hardy year round, meaning that it will live throughout all of our seasons. It’s silvery leaves compliments any color of flower and also works well planted with solid color foliage.
 

 

Preferring to grow in full-sun to partial shade it does equally well whether planted in the ground or in containers. There are 2 main varieties: Silverdust which has the standard lacy leaves and New Look which has a flatter, wider leaf.
 

This is one of the easiest plants to grow. It doesn’t require much maintenance and can be cut back if it gets too tall. This promotes new growth and keeps the plants looking fresh.
