Do Prune:

• Elephant Ears

• Banana Trees

• Abelia

• Most Perennials (Hardy Hibiscus, Lantana, Daylily, Hosta, etc.)

• Ornamental Grasses

• Fruit Trees
 

Don’t Prune:

• Azaleas

• Gardenias

• Forsythia

• Many Hydrangea Varieties

• Spirea

• Viburnum

• Camellias

• Indian Hawthorn
